Basically the idea is that the structure of our language is out of date. We are still using the stucture based on the science of Aristotles time. Our scientific understanding of reality has been advanced incredibly by the discoveries of Einstein and Quantum Physics, but we are still trying to represent this newly discovered world with a language structure that does not allow the new possibilities to be expressed accurately.
